Warehouse Cycle Counter

Position Summary

The Warehouse Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels within a vitamin and supplement warehouse. This role involves conducting regular cycle counts, verifying product quantities, and ensuring proper tracking of lot numbers and expiration dates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and product quality. This Full-time. On-Site Position.

Responsibilities:

· Inventory Counting & Accuracy

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of vitamin and supplement inventory

Verify quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

· Inventory Control

Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)

Ensure proper product rotation using FIFO/FEFO methods

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overages

· Compliance & Quality Assurance

Follow FDA and GMP guidelines for handling supplements

Ensure products are stored under proper conditions (temperature, cleanliness, organization)

Identify and report damaged, expired, or non-compliant products

· Collaboration

Work closely with warehouse, receiving, and shipping teams to maintain inventory accuracy

Communicate discrepancies and assist in corrective actions

Support audits and inventory reviews

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
