Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator

The Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations and last-mile delivery activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment. This role acts as a key link between warehouse teams, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain service levels and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatch.

  • Ensure smooth parcel flow by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks within the warehouse.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor outbound deliveries to ensure on-time dispatch and successful delivery.

  • Liaise with delivery partners, drivers, and couriers to manage routes, schedules, and exceptions.

  • Track delivery performance, delays, and returns, and take corrective action as needed.

  • Ensure proper documentation for shipments, status updates and returns.

  • Allocate tasks and manpower based on workload and operational priorities.

  • Support, guide, and motivate warehouse and delivery teams during assigned shifts.

  • Conduct shift handovers and communicate priorities, backlogs, and issues clearly.

  • Resolve day-to-day warehouse and delivery issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

  • Identify inefficiencies in warehouse and delivery processes and recommend improvements.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Operations, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, delivery coordination, or logistics roles.

  • Understanding of warehouse processes, last-mile delivery operations, and dispatch coordination.

  • Experience working with delivery partners, drivers, or courier networks.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting for tracking performance and KPIs.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

  • Ability to lead, guide, and motivate teams during shifts.

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
