Warehouse Delivery Specialist

QC Supply is seeking an experienced Warehouse Delivery Specialist for our Cassville, Missouri branch. This dynamic role is responsible for processing all inventory transactions within the facility-from receiving products through to customer billing-as well as safely delivering products and equipment to local agricultural customers.

What you'll do

  • Warehouse & Inventory (60%): Process all facility inventory transactions, from receiving inbound shipments and stocking bins to order fulfillment (picking, packing, and shipping) and customer billing.
  • Local Deliveries (40%): Safely drive company equipment and products to local customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics: Safely deliver products and equipment to local customers and partners.
  • Receiving: Verify inbound products and accurately enter data into Microsoft NAV.
  • Staging: Put away inbound materials into designated warehouse bins.
  • Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Retail Support: Transfer and stock inventory in our onsite retail space.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Teamwork & Upkeep: Maintain a positive attitude, collaborate with coworkers, and handle general housekeeping for warehouse and retail zones.
  • Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned.

Core Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • CDL Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and a Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement.
  • Compliance: Valid DOT Medical Card; ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and random quarterly drug/alcohol screenings.
  • Communication: Ability to read and understand basic English.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or local delivery environments.
  • Experience using portable technology and scanners for inventory tracking.
  • Strong understanding of baseline inventory control concepts.
  • Active forklift certification (experience with both stand-up and sit-down lifts).

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 100% of a shift.
  • Comfort regularly climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
