Job Summary
You will support warehouse administration by maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock movements, preparing documentation, coordinating with teams, and assisting with stock reconciliation and reporting to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory accuracy
- Update inventory movement in company systems or spreadsheets to reflect real-time stock status
- Prepare and verify warehouse documents such as delivery orders, stock transfer records, goods received, and issue records for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate stock requirements and movements with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and outlet teams to support operational needs
- Monitor stock balances and identify low stock, excess stock, damaged stock, or unusual stock movements for timely action
- Support stocktake preparation, conduct cycle counts, reconcile stock, and check for variances to maintain inventory integrity
- Follow up on missing documents, pending stock issues, discrepancies, and damaged goods to resolve inventory problems
- Assist in preparing detailed warehouse reports for management review to inform decision-making
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse documentation, inventory control, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Assist with daily warehouse operations as needed to support team workflow and productivity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in F&B, retail, catering, logistics, or warehouse operations to add value to warehouse management
