Warehouse Executive (Woodland/MFG Ind.)
Maintains records of materials in inventory. Compares identifying information with bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records. Verifies that materials received are as ordered. May route incoming items within the Company as directed. Maintains related records. Cycle count accuracy to be maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare relevant shipping documents for outgoing shipments
- Assisting on daily operations
- Point of Contact for all shipment enquiries
- Arrange export shipment according to customer's requirement
- Liaise with forwarders for shipment
- Ensure documentation is filed correctly and timely
- Prepare warehouse reports as and when needed
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure overall smooth shipment
- Responsible for physical receiving
- Ensure Finished Goods are packed and shipped on time based on shipment list
- Ensure timely purchase of packing material and adequate inventory
- Train and develop store assistant
- Ensure daily / annual cycle count of physical inventory accuracy
- Ensure 6S are maintained in the warehouse
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Requirements:
- ‘N’ / ‘O’ level or equivalent required.
- Skills Good verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent computer skills required.
- Ability to read and interpret basic to moderately complex data.
- Ability to function well in a multi-tasking environment.
- Experience Minimum of 5 years as warehouse supervisor experience required and preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in MRP working knowledge e.g. SAP, Baan etc
