Artex is looking to grow its Warehouse Team in Redwood Falls, MN! We offer a guaranteed starting wage of $24.27/Hr. along with regular increases and a complete benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, an impressive 401K match and much more!

Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
Friday overtime optional

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work safely and comply with company and regulatory safety/environmental policies, practices and procedures
Maintain highest level of confidentiality, customer service and professionalism to promote a positive image of the company
Manage receipt of goods to be stored in the warehouse; identify an appropriate and safe location for each item
Operate forklift and pallet jack to load/unload trucks and move finished, palletized product
Process all necessary shipping and receiving documentation and enter information into Microsoft Business Central
Monitor inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems
Coordinate with production team to ensure physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems
Keep warehouse clean and organized by performing daily housekeeping duties
Verify all goods are received in good condition; take corrective action when missing product or errors are identified
Prepare shipments - accurately pick orders, determine pickup/delivery method, ensure timely delivery of orders
Pick all components needed for production per Release Production Orders distributed by Production Manager
Accept phone calls related to shipping dates and provide information to customer in professional manner
Coordinate with carriers on shipping/receiving schedules and rates

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Warehouse experience, preferred
Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift over 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb, frequently
Ability to actively work in all weather conditions – extreme heat and cold
