Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation

We're looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager who can inspire a team, drive performance, and ensure day-to-day warehouse operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to deliver exceptional performance

Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and within agreed timelines

Monitor and drive key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, service, and attendance

Plan and allocate labour and resources effectively to meet changing workload demands

Champion a culture of Health & Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the operation

Have previous experience in a First Line Manager or Team Leader role within a warehouse environment.

Are confident communicators with strong leadership and people management skills.

Can effectively manage performance and handle employee relations matters fairly and professionally.

Have a solid understanding of warehouse operations, processes, and best practices.

Are organised, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
