Warehouse Foreman and Manager

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the daily work of the operators.

Assigns specific tasks for each working day and controls their execution.

Direct and operational command over the warehouse workers.

Supervises loading, unloading, order picking, packaging, and internal movements.

May collaborate in stock counts and communicate discrepancies or incidents.

Resolves operational incidents within the instructions received.

Ensures that personnel comply with instructions and prevention regulations.

Normally limited to work parts, incidents, and communications.

Works under the instructions of a higher manager.

May regularly participate in operational work.

Plans the activity, resources, shifts, and the general needs of the warehouse.

General management of the team, including the organization and supervision of middle management.

Guarantees the correct functioning of the entire set of receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.

Responsible for the control of stock, inventories, locations, and stock reliability.

Makes organizational decisions and establishes priorities, procedures, and operating criteria.

A temporary contract is offered through an ETT, with the possibility of joining the company.

Salary to be agreed.

Shift work (morning and afternoon shifts)

Previous experience in the position.
