The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive the correct products on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on fulfillment tickets
• Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage or defects
• Label packages and prepare shipping documentation
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, or forklifts
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Basic computer or handheld scanner skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime if required

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
