Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a Supervisor to lead one of our three fulfillment departments (FAK/RAK, UYAK, or Material Handling). This role owns daily performance in its area, productivity, accuracy, safety, and service levels, by planning and assigning labor, managing workflow, and developing the team. Supervisors provide day-to-day leadership on the floor and report to the Director of Fulfillment.

What You'll Do

• Own daily operations for your department, including productivity, accuracy, and safety
• Plan and assign labor across tasks to meet the day’s demand, and adjust in real time
• Monitor department KPIs, throughput, order accuracy, and on-time completion, and use reporting to drive improvements
• Coach, develop, and evaluate your team; handle feedback and accountability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, quality, and operational standards
• Coordinate with the other two departments and with the Director of Fulfillment
• Assist with onboarding and employee development for your area
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvement

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience using a WMS and operational reporting tools
• Familiarity with OSHA and warehouse safety standards
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication and attention to detail
