About the Role
We are looking for a Supervisor to lead one of our three fulfillment departments (FAK/RAK, UYAK, or Material Handling). This role owns daily performance in its area, productivity, accuracy, safety, and service levels, by planning and assigning labor, managing workflow, and developing the team. Supervisors provide day-to-day leadership on the floor and report to the Director of Fulfillment.
What You'll Do
- Own daily operations for your department, including productivity, accuracy, and safety
- Plan and assign labor across tasks to meet the day’s demand, and adjust in real time
- Monitor department KPIs, throughput, order accuracy, and on-time completion, and use reporting to drive improvements
- Coach, develop, and evaluate your team; handle feedback and accountability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, quality, and operational standards
- Coordinate with the other two departments and with the Director of Fulfillment
- Assist with onboarding and employee development for your area
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvement
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using a WMS and operational reporting tools
- Familiarity with OSHA and warehouse safety standards
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail

Physical Requirements
