Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient processing and shipment of orders to our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, pack, audit, and ship customer orders
  • Load and unload truckloads of merchandise
  • Verify orders to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard
  • Prepare and secure parts for transport
  • Maintain inventory controls (stock tracking, data entry, and reporting)
  • Assist with physical inventory counts (weekly and annually)
  • Prepare parcels for shipping

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the Parts Manager with various tasks
  • Perform data entry and general office duties
  • Maintain a clean workspace and company vehicle

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Ability to push, pull, grasp, and lift as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Willingness to assist in setting up new farm equipment

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
  • 6+ months operating material handling equipment
