Warehouse Inventory Clerk
We are looking for Inventory Specialists with experience in various types of inventory functions such as cycle counting, auditing, verification, investigating, and analyzing. If you have at least 2 years of experience in a full-time inventory role, consider joining us at our distribution site in San Antonio, TX.
How you create impact
Depending on your assigned area, you will monitor inventory accuracy, investigate causes of inventory discrepancies, conduct cycle counts or physical inventory, or use Excel to maintain complex spreadsheets. Your typical work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:00PM, and will be paid weekly at $21.00 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reconcile inventory, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Audit returns, process credits promptly, and ensure returned products are relocated correctly.
- Conduct system searches to locate products and inspect/correct inventory diagnostics.
- Partner with management to implement loss prevention initiatives and improve inventory control processes.
- Support operational needs by working overtime/weekends as required and performing additional assigned duties.
What we would like you to bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in inventory
- 1 year of experience with maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets
- Can work overtime and weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
