warehouse keeper

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage daily warehouse receiving, issuing, inventory registration, and stock counting activities to ensure inventory records accurately match physical stock.
2.Organize and manage inventory according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle, and regularly inspect warehouse conditions and equipment operation status.
3.Assist in material classification and coding, label preparation, and data entry and maintenance in the warehouse management system.
4.Handle warehouse inbound and outbound documentation, record inventory discrepancies and exceptions, and coordinate communication among relevant departments.
5.Support urgent material transfers and replenishment requests in collaboration with the Procurement, Production, and other related departments.
6.Implement fire safety regulations and maintain 5S workplace management standards.

Qualifications

1.Associate degree or above; major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines preferred.
2.Familiar with warehouse operations and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
3.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; willing to work shifts and accept overtime when required.
4.Detail-oriented, with excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
5.Completed warehouse safety training and possesses basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency response procedures.
6.Experience with ERP systems and CET-4 certification are preferred.
