WAREHOUSE KEEPER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to  Receive and inspect all spare parts based on the Purchase Orders and update ERP system accordingly in order to control Store’s transactions.  Report damaged or out of specs Local spare parts to CBU and foreign ones to Purchasing officer to take necessary actions.  Issue spare parts based on Parts and Service Requisition Form and update ERP system accordingly in order to control Store’s transactions.  Conduct yearly physical Store Inventory and relay the file to Accounts for tallying it with the system’s inventory for accurate stock monitor and highlight on variances.  Prepare Packing Slip based on Invoice & delivery details.  Maintain proper 5S conditions inside the Store.
