Warehouse Keeper

NPI (National Power and Industry Company) is seeking a Warehouse Keeper for its location in Tabarjel, Al-Jouf region.

Responsibilities include:

- Receiving materials and equipment, inspecting them, and matching them with purchase orders and delivery notes.

- Storing, organizing, and labeling materials to maintain and facilitate access.

- Dispensing materials according to approved requisitions and documenting all movements.

- Recording incoming and outgoing movements in the inventory system and updating balances daily.

- Conducting periodic and annual inventory and reconciling with records while generating variance reports.

- Monitoring reorder levels and alerting when stock decreases.

- Adhering to safety and cleanliness procedures in the warehouse.

Requirements:

- Minimum of two years' experience in warehouse management.

- Proficient in Excel and experience with inventory or ERP systems.

- Willingness to work and reside at the job site in Tabarjel.

- Preferred candidates will have a forklift license.

Salary: 2,000 SAR per month.
