Warehouse Keeper

The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for receiving materials and medical supplies, ensuring compliance with quantities and specifications against purchase orders and invoices.

Record incoming materials accurately in the inventory management system.

Organize materials within the warehouse in a manner that facilitates easy access and minimizes loss or damage.

Adhere to safe storage standards based on the nature of the materials.

Distribute materials to requesting departments based on approved requisitions, and update consumption data in the system. Monitor inventory regularly, and report on any shortages, excesses, or items approaching expiration.

Participate in conducting regular and annual inventory audits, and document discrepancies between actual and system inventory.
