Warehouse Lead Associate (Warehouse Day)

The Warehouse Lead role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to set an example for a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM or until finished.

You will:

Train new hires on the warehouse process
Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues
Audit pallets and work
Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.
Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary
Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries
Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files
Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations
Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.

You have:

3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift and Double Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
RF Scanner experience preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
