Warehouse Lead

Job Description

• Leads and supervises the daily operation of Malaysia warehouse include receiving, put away and pick & pack to delivery to customers
• Oversees the warehouse requirement and guide the team on improvement in term of facility and operations.
• Manages and monitors the performance for the 3rd party transporter, ensuring SLA committed achieve and meeting customer RDD
• Continuously suggests ways to improve operations and reduce cost while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Leads the management & control of inventories by conducting physical counts and reconciling with inventory system.
• Ensures ESH procedures are implemented and comply the warehouse safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements pertaining to regulated items under the Poison Act.
• Manages the performance of 3PL warehouse in Singapore to ensure KPI met and continuously collaboration with 3PL on improvement plans
