Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour.,
The schedule will be discussed with the successful candidate. This is a full-time position that will require one weekend day.

Summary:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing operations for a portion of a warehouse or during an assigned shift. Coordinates a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, and/or supplies.
Job Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products in the warehouse.
Must be safety / security conscious, adhere to guidelines in the safety manual, and report any accidents or incidents to the manager immediately.
Assist with training new employees.
Organize Warehouse Clerks in assigned areas to keep efficient supply of product.
Replenishing pick slots using daily forecasted and order-based reports
Unload trailers returning from delivery routes
Operate certain machinery.
Assist the receiving team by breaking down pallets of incoming products.
Receive product using an RF scanner, following receiving procedures
Ensure the pick areas are set up and ready for the incoming order selection team
Assist the order selection team when necessary.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Follow safety & security guidelines.
Develop a working knowledge of the supply and receiving departments
Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.
Working Conditions:
Warehouse Leads may work at regular or freezer temperatures. Individuals working in freezer conditions will be provided with adequate cold gear and receive additional hourly differentials. This role is very fast-paced and requires a significant amount of movement to meet replenishment rates. The position will also require general physical movements such as frequent walking, standing, occasionally lifting 50+lbs, bending, twisting, and reaching. Individuals will also be expected to follow and understand basic instructions/ policies.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing Environments a plus.
A solid understanding of warehouse distribution procedures processes.
Operate various types of warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts, riding pallet jack, hand carts, and cardboard bailing machine.
Must have the ability to multitask, plan, and forecast production requirements.
Being self-motivated and having strong attention to detail are essential traits.
Must be available for possible rotating shifts (including nights and weekends) and holidays.
Great Attendance and Punctuality are a must. Strong Communication skills are preferred.
Ability to understand warehouse mapping.
Ability to safely use warehouse equipment.
Ability to lift and move cases up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to follow policies and safety guidelines.
Ability to work overtime upon request.
Bi-lingual is a plus
