Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement, including regular stock checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate loading, unloading and delivery arrangements to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse, ensuring all staff follow workplace safety procedures.
- Provide on-the-job guidance and training to warehouse team members and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience in leading and supervising warehouse staff.
- Possess a valid Forklift Licence and able to operate a forklift safely.
- Experience operating Reach Truck is an advantage.
- Able to handle receiving, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stock management.
- Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work overtime when required.
