This position plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse. Responsible for performing various warehouse activities, including receiving, processing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. This role ensures the timely and accurate movement of inventory within the warehouse, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists or other order fulfillment tools
- Adhere to the inspection process to ensure quality product shipping out to the customers
- Load/unload orders onto trucks or other transport vehicles
- Record parcel deliveries and deliver to appropriate person or department
- Assist with receiving responsibilities as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with sales orders at the time of processing shipments
- Communicate with Customer Service any issues pertaining to orders
- Complete F8 report twice per day to ensure proper billing and hot order report
- Assist in building and wrapping skids for courier shipments
- Direct the workflow in the fulfillment area and complete area audits
- Provide consistent communication of area needs to the supervisor/manager
- Responsible for training new associates
- Act as back-up for Warehouse Supervisor when required
