Warehouse & Logistic Officer

In this position you will....

Receive, check & verify the inbound and return shipments, and stock levels. Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and to perform inspection & diagnostic of the return devices

Drive and oversee end-to-end of warehouse and logistic businesses. Collaborative and working together with logistic vendor to delivered result as objective set.

You will be responsible for…

• Daily monitoring on inbound and return shipment
• Perform the inspection and diagnostic of the return goods. Check for damaged or missing items.
• Perform put away and location change of goods based on the status of goods and store goods appropriately.
• Pick and pack the order. Perform quality assurance check of orders.
• Dispatch the order to courier or logistics company.
• Perform all transactions in warehouse management systems.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Performing warehouse inventory controls, stock counting and location checks.
• Perform all duties associated with warehouse operations.
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others.
• Perform all transactions in warehouse management systems.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Diploma with minimum of 3-5 years working experience preferably in smart devices repair
• Experience on inventory and logistic software programs
• Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
• Adaptable and able to work on own with minimal supervision.
• Willing to take challenges, multitask, plan effectively and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills in both English and Malay
• Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results.
• Able to follow the operational procedures and prepares strategic plans to ensure adherence to warehouse standards.
