Warehouse & Logistics Clerk
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Warehouse & Logistics Clerk to support our warehouse and logistics operations.
The role is responsible for receiving and dispatching stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments and supporting procurement, production and audit activities. You will work closely with the warehouse, logistics, procurement and production teams to ensure that stock is handled accurately and operational requirements are met.

Responsibilities
- Receive finished goods and components into the warehouse.
- Pick, prepare and dispatch stock according to operational requirements.
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately processed and recorded.
- Maintain accurate inventory information in DEAR.
- Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory variances.
- Prepare and audit kits for contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate shipments and track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate receiving, shipping and inventory documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement function.
- Support warehouse, inventory and compliance audits.
- Work with internal teams to resolve stock and logistics-related issues.
- Assist with general warehouse and operational activities as required.
Requirements
- Matric is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control or a related operational environment.
- An understanding of receiving, dispatch and stock-control processes.
- Experience coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries.
- Experience using an ERP or inventory-management system; DEAR experience is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
- Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A qualification in logistics, supply chain, transport economics or a related field is advantageous.
- A CIPS or equivalent procurement certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A high level of accountability and ownership.
- Clear communication and effective teamwork skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to coordinate effectively across different teams and functions.
