Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator [SL]

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, storage, and distribution activities.

Provide customer service support via telephone and email.

Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation in accordance with established SOPs.

Monitor shipment clearance and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.

Process invoices after shipment orders are completed.

Coordinate warehouse activities with the supervisor and ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.

Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service standards are met.

Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
