Job Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Inventory Controller is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations and logistics activities to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and timely distribution of goods. This role works closely with internal teams, suppliers, and transport providers to maintain accurate inventory records, optimise warehouse processes, and ensure on-time deliveries while complying with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring inventory movement in ERP/WMS systems and ageing inventory for reporting, inventory segregation, extension and disposal.

  • Generating Daily Cycle count and Coordinate with Warehouse team for reporting to Finance Department.

  • Investigate stocks discrepancy (System vs Physical).

  • Monitor inbound shipments & coordinate the trucking in/out with shipping agents/transporter/Purchasing Department.

  • Perform physical inventory receiving & transfers verifications and entry (GR) in the ERP/WMS systems.

  • Coordinate the transfers, receiving, issuing and returns of inventory between warehouses and intercompany departments and, or 3rd Party Logistics/Warehouses.

  • Ensure the proper upkeep of related documentation and filing, including the posting of inventory transactions into the ERP/WMS systems.

  • General administrative duties include but not limited to checking of outgoing and returning invoices, delivery orders, goods receive/return notes, to ensure documents are updated into the company systems, attending to self-collection customers.

  • Other assignments that may be required by Manager.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and or Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Possess positive attitude and initiative.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
