Warehouse & Logistics Manager (Manufacturing)
- Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and operational capacity
- Validate monthly production plans and align schedules with sales requirements
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock availability
- Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
- Ensure efficient handling and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring cost efficiency and service performance
- Lead, coach, and develop planning and warehouse teams to achieve operational targets
- Plan and manage departmental budgets, manpower, and resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, and warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse operations (Manufacturing)
- Familiar with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational improvements
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
