Warehouse & Logistics Operative

SUMMARY

To support warehouse operations through the efficient receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy, safety, and service levels are maintained.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Book goods into company systems and report any discrepancies.
• Label and store materials in designated locations.
• Pick and issue materials to production or internal departments.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular stock checks.
• Ensure correct storage and stock rotation practices are followed.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Complete dispatch documentation and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with carriers and courier services regarding deliveries and collections.
• Update shipment records and maintain accurate dispatch information within company systems.
• Load vehicles safely and ensure orders are sent on time.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
