Warehouse Manager (73203)
ACS Building Services LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to support branch operations within a defined local market. This role is responsible for managing the warehouse and yard, maintaining and dispatching cleaning equipment, coordinating supply inventory, and ensuring field teams have what they need to execute jobs safely and on schedule.
The Warehouse Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations, Operations Management, Field Managers and Field Teams to stock, prepare, maintain and dispatch equipment and supplies, track equipment condition and maintenance, and maintain accurate inventory records. This individual will help ensure job sites are properly equipped, equipment downtime is minimized, and warehouse processes support safe, efficient, and profitable work.
This role requires a highly organized, hands-on manager who can oversee warehouse operations and equipment handling simultaneously, communicate clearly across departments, and support the operations team in keeping crews fully equipped for post-construction and commercial cleaning work.
The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in keeping the branch running smoothly by proactively identifying equipment or supply shortages, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse and yard, and ensuring operational processes are followed consistently.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and maintain vehicle and equipment fleet.
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies (buffers, extractors, pressure washers, vacuums, chemicals, PPE) across the warehouse and yard.
- Coordinate equipment and supply dispatch for contracted construction cleaning projects and service work in partnership with Field Managers, Operations Management and the Director of Operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment issues, supply shortages, and last-minute job site requests.
- Inspect, maintain, and schedule repairs for warehouse and job site equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory systems, maintenance logs, and internal reporting tools.
- Monitor equipment condition and supply levels, proactively flagging shortages, damage, or maintenance needs.
- Communicate equipment and inventory updates clearly and promptly to Field Managers, Operations Management and Branch Leadership.
- Support job activations and service workflow documentation to ensure equipment and materials are ready before dispatch.
- Ensure all warehouse and job site equipment use complies with company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and chemical (SDS) handling requirements.
- Prepare routine equipment and inventory reports for the Director of Operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, equipment tracking tools, and operational workflows.
- Build strong working relationships with field employees, branch management and suppliers.
- Perform general administrative support duties, including data entry, audits and maintenance records.
- Report directly to the Director of Operations.
