Brief Description:
Warehouse Manager reporting to the Service Center Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all orders released for shipment are filled on time
- Ensure the quality of our product
- Maintain the plant and all plant equipment including cleanliness.
- Supervise all receiving and shipping personnel
- Manage the facility VMI and Vending setups and maintenance
- Ensure VMI deliveries are accurate and one time
- Responsible for kitting schedules, processes and quality
- Consolidate inventory to make efficient use of storage space
- Confirm and approve all warehouse hours & PTO in payroll system
- Coordinate workload with Sales department for holidays and changes in customer demand.
- Assist upper management in developing, interpreting, and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for employee conformance to established practices.
- Direct warehousing of goods, equipment, and supplies.
- Review and maintain ISO operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, maintenance and safety.
- Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities.
- Responsible for training new warehouse employees.
- Report all warehouse measurables in staff meetings.

- Coordinate all returns with Purchasing department and QC department
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Credentials/Work Experience:
- High School diploma required.
- 3 to 5 Years warehouse supervisory experience, certified forklift driver, working knowledge of OSHA regulations, working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to work independently and as member of a team
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Strong organization, analytical and computer skills
- Able to create/develop an inclusive and engaged work environment across the enterprise
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Operations/Solutions (advanced level)
- Knowledge of Lean principles, systems and tools (advanced level)
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (advanced level)
- Knowledge of OSHA (advanced level)
Targeted Salary: $70,000-80,000
