Job Overview
ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Hialeah, Miami. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive inventory management experience, and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse efficiency. Experience in the hardware industry (pipes, PVC, fittings, and related materials) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Implement and enforce operational policies and safety procedures
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and distribution to meet customer demands
- Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to improve operational performance
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate incoming shipments
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required
- Strong experience with inventory management systems and logistics operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Experience in the hardware industry (pipes, PVC, construction materials, or similar) is a strong plus
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing high-volume warehouse operations
- Familiarity with supply chain optimization strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
