Warehouse Manager

Armada Brands builds direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands for the Philippines. Our goal is to create the most popular and exciting consumer brands in the nutrition space. We formulate new products in the food supplement vertical as well as more broadly in the food & beverage market, addressing underserved consumer demands. We launch the products under new, proprietary brands. We follow a digital-first and DTC-centric approach with an omni-channel trajectory.

We are a start-up company that raised funding from investors including reputable venture capital firms as well as business angels from the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We currently run a portfolio of two brands and are building multiple new brands for launch in the coming months. We are a group of e-commerce enthusiasts with a lot of excitement for DTC, digital marketing, and consumer brands.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This role is hands-on and covers a wide range of responsibilities, including WMS/OMS management, inventory management, inbounding, fulfillment, quality assurance, and cost management. You’ll work closely with the whole operations team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and accurate flow of goods from inbound stock to outbound customer orders. We’re looking for someone with proven warehouse experience, strong leadership skills, and a sharp eye for detail who’s ready to take full ownership of warehouse performance and help scale our warehouse operations as we grow.

Role:

• Manage the warehouse end to end: lease contract, government permits and compliance, security, and maintenance
• Oversee inbounding, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and QA across all brands
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, and forecast manpower needs ahead of peak volume
• Own the WMS/OMS systems
• Implement and optimize processes to improve accuracy, speed, and overall warehouse efficiency
• Forecast storage capacity needs ahead of time
• Manage petty cash needs and run the warehouse more cost-efficiently as volume grows

Background:

• 3–5 years managing warehouse operations including cash handling
• Proven track record on inventory accuracy and shrinkage control
• Comfortable working with data with strong spreadsheet skills
• Working knowledge of warehouse compliance requirements, LGU and government permits, and safety standards
• Food, FDA-regulated, or cold chain experience is a strong plus
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Willing to work full-time on-site
