Warehouse Manager Assistant

At Marlex People, we are looking for you! We are collaborating with a major company in the logistics sector that needs to hire an Assistant to the Warehouse Manager to provide support in operational management and team coordination.

We are looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive person, capable of coordinating daily warehouse operations and managing a team of approximately 7 people, working under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager.

What you'll do

• Supervision and coordination of daily warehouse operations.
• Organization and monitoring of customer order picking.
• Management of receptions, shipments, and goods handling.
• Coordination and distribution of tasks among the work team.
• Monitoring of staff productivity and fulfillment of established objectives.
• Supervision of the general state of the warehouse, guaranteeing order, cleanliness, and the correct organization of materials.
• Operation of a trilateral forklift for the placement, movement, and picking of goods.
• Control and monitoring of operations using radio frequency systems and WMS.
• Resolution of operational incidents and communication to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support in different logistical tasks according to service needs.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in warehouse and management of logistical operations.
• Experience coordinating work teams.
• Proficiency in operating a trilateral forklift and the ability to work with agility and precision.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience working with radio frequency systems and WMS.
• Versatile, organized person with leadership capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.

What you'll get

• Initial contract through Marlex with the possibility of being hired directly by the company.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
• Schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 h.
• Starting salary of €24,000 gross per year.
