WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching goods.

2. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.

3. Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

4. Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organisation of goods and materials.

5. Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery of orders.

6. Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts to minimise discrepancies.

7. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.

8. Coordinate with suppliers, delivery personnel, and other departments regarding stock movements and deliveries.

9. Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and well-maintained.

10. Prepare inventory reports, identify operational issues, and perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
