Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a global freight-forwarding company who is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily logistics, warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Manage inventory, stock accuracy, shipment processing, delivery schedules, and transportation costs.
Plan warehouse layout, storage, route optimization, and shipping activities to maximize operational efficiency.
Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff while fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity, quality, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Resolve logistics, shipping, delivery, and customer-related issues promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments including Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate logistics documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ISO standards.
Develop and maintain effective logistics processes, internal controls, and reporting systems to support business objectives.
