Warehouse Manager
About the Role
- Within this leadership position, the warehouse manager will report to the senior supply chain and support daily operations from the warehouse perspectives and logistics operation.
- This position will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse planning and control about the material receiving, picking and kitting and distributing; and FGs shipment etc. and the logistics
Your Team
- Report to Supply Chain • Manufacturing.
What You Will Do
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure optimal warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance (EHS)
2. Inventory Management & Control
- Ensure accurate inventory levels through cycle counting, audits, and reconciliation
- Monitor stock movements, slow/obsolete inventory, and implement corrective actions
- Drive inventory optimization (turnover, accuracy, write-off reduction)
3. Process Improvement & Digitalization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, automation)
- Implement and enhance warehouse management systems (WMS / SAP / ERP)
- Leverage data to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making
4. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, develop, and motivate warehouse and logistics teams
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
- Build succession pipeline and enhance team capability
5. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and disruptions
- Lead safety programs and maintain zero-incident culture
6. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams
- Align logistics execution with business priorities and customer requirements
- Communicate performance, risks, and improvement plans to leadership
- Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements by implementing and adhering to established policies, procedures, and objectives to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
- Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements by integrating customer quality standards into daily operations to consistently meet and support customer objectives.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
What You Need
- Integrity.
- B.S. Business Administration, B.S. Engineering or related degree. International Business, and related Planning experience a plus.
- Good at communication Teamwork & Respect.
- 10 years total experience and 5 years managerial level experience.
- Knowledge of ASRS , WH Automation system ,
- Proven track record in logistics and warehouse, with a Knowledge of customs clearance, duties, VAT and BOI.
- Fluent in English language. Excellent reading, writing, translating, and language skills. Excellent cultural, and customs understanding to manage professional business transactions.
- SAP experience preferred and Good MS office skills
- Mechanical and electronic knowledge is preferred
