Warehouse Manager
We are looking for a strong and reliable Warehouse Manager to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco!
In this role, you will be responsible for the full operation of our overseas warehouse and serve as the key operational contact for major international clients. This is a hands-on leadership position where efficiency, accuracy, and excellent client service are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end warehouse management: layout planning, inventory management, picking, packing, and returns
Team leadership, staff scheduling, and performance management
Process optimization, SOP development, and continuous improvement using lean principles
Monitoring KPIs (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, picking accuracy, etc.)
Daily communication and relationship management with key clients (mainly 3C electronics / high-value goods)
Ensuring safety, cost control, and full compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
Strong conversational Chinese language skills are MANDATORY
Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor is a big plus, but we are also open to strong candidates with solid logistics/warehouse experience if your Chinese is excellent
Experience with 3C electronics or high-value products is highly preferred
