Warehouse Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage the Site

  • You will be responsible for the operational and disciplinary management of the site.

Operations Management & Accountability

  • You will take end-to-end responsibility for all warehouse and material flow processes, including goods receipt, inventory management, internal logistics, repacking, and shipping.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Through clear communication, regular feedback, and targeted employee development, you will foster ownership, collaboration, and a high-performing team culture.

Stakeholder Management

  • As the central point of contact, you will work closely with national and international customers, colleagues, and service providers to ensure smooth collaboration.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization initiatives.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • You will ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards while leading by example.

What You Bring:

  • You have successfully completed a qualification in logistics, ideally complemented by an advanced certification such as Logistics Master (or an equivalent qualification).
  • You have several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, preferably in a comparable leadership role.
  • You have proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
  • Your strong communication skills, structured and results-oriented approach, and ability to organize and prioritize effectively set you apart.
  • You work independently and take a pragmatic approach to solving challenges.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience working with SAP ERP MM/WMS or comparable warehouse management systems.
  • You are confident communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.
