Warehouse Manager Job Description:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organisation of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and other departments.
• Monitor order picking, packing, loading, and unloading activities.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Minimise stock discrepancies, damages, and inventory losses.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficient space utilisation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.
• Handle stock shortages, damaged goods, and delivery-related issues.
