Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations in Cairo, Egypt, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient workflows, and compliance with safety standards.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining effective inventory controls, enforcing safety standards, and providing regular operational reports to management and client representatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage team performance.
• Ensure accurate and efficient receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations.
• Enforce health, safety, and facility security regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain efficient warehouse workflows.
• Use the warehouse ERP system to maintain accurate inventory records and support reporting.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management and client representatives.

Key Requirements

Education

• University graduate.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety controls and security procedures.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with Odoo ERP.
• Very good to excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Job Conditions

Location

• Cairo, Egypt.

Work Mode

• On-site.

Employment Type

• Full-time.

Working Hours

• 8 hours daily, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Days Off

• One rotating day off per week, scheduled on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

• Operations Manager.
