What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, team performance, and a safe, efficient work environment.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff to meet performance expectations
- Ensure proper staffing levels and daily workflow efficiency
- Oversee incoming and outgoing inventory processes
- Maintain accurate paperwork and inventory records
- Manage casing and capping program operations
- Conduct and oversee inventory counts
- Ensure freight is properly staged for customer pickup
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support team members and step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience leading or managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with warehouse operations preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and POS systems)
- Ability to handle employee performance and disciplinary situations
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
