What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, team performance, and a safe, efficient work environment.

• Lead and manage warehouse staff to meet performance expectations
• Ensure proper staffing levels and daily workflow efficiency
• Oversee incoming and outgoing inventory processes
• Maintain accurate paperwork and inventory records
• Manage casing and capping program operations
• Conduct and oversee inventory counts
• Ensure freight is properly staged for customer pickup
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support team members and step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience leading or managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with warehouse operations preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and POS systems)
• Ability to handle employee performance and disciplinary situations
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
