Warehouse Manager
Urban Signature Appliances of Mcallen/Brownsville is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years of Managing Warehouse
- Knowledge of appliance installation required
- Must have a valid State Issued Driver License
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs., and use hand wheeled carts to move Appliances
- Strong drive for results
- Action oriented
- Strong execution and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of store and retail operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
Job Summary:
- The Warehouse Manager is responsible for providing leadership to a core team of associates responsible for the receiving and replenishment of merchandise ensuring the sales floor is well presented and product is available for sale to the customer.
- The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising and directly participating in the delivery of merchandise to customers homes
- Ensures that the store and delivery team adheres to safety policies and procedures including protocol for maintaining delivery vehicles
- Assists with store tasks including unloading trucks, loading customer vehicles, & moving product on the sales floor
- Supervises hourly delivery associates and actively participates in delivery activities
