As a well-funded, rapidly growing omnichannel direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, we pride ourselves on a passionate and innovative team driving our success. ## Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehousing operations in Bangalore (Koramangala). This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enhancing efficiency in dispatch and fulfillment processes. The Warehouse Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, improve systems, and scale operations effectively. ## Responsibilities - Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes. - Ensure timely dispatch of orders and efficient inventory movements. - Monitor and maintain inventory health, including accuracy, aging, and shrinkage control. - Enforce adherence to quality checks and all operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Collaborate with warehouse partners, external stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve operational issues. - Identify process gaps and drive the implementation of new functionalities or improvements. - Manage, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets. - Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Track and analyze warehouse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Take ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolution. ## Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management; experience with startups preferred. - Bachelor's degree from a top-tier engineering college. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Proven experience in team management and leadership. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on operational metrics. - Ability to multitask and perform effectively in dynamic, uncertain environments. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ## Experience - At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management. - Experience working in startup environments is preferred. ## Environment - Full-time role based in Bangalore, Koramangala. - Fast-paced and dynamic work environment requiring adaptability and multitasking. ## Benefits - Competitive salary and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). - Opportunities for career growth and development. - Fun and collaborative work environment.
