About the Role

We are seeking a strict, assertive, and highly disciplined Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, staff performance, inventory control, and timely order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and maintain discipline among warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Oversee receiving, stock organization, order processing, and timely dispatch.
• Conduct stock audits, maintain accurate inventory levels, and minimize losses or damages.
• Enforce punctuality, safety, and operational standards across the warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse staff and subordinate supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• BA/BSc/HND or relevant qualification.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience managing warehouse staff and subordinate supervisors.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Strict, assertive, disciplined, and confident management style.
• Must reside within the Iyana Ipaja/Ayobo axis.
• Must be fully available Monday – Saturday.
