WAREHOUSE MATERIAL TECHNICIAN FOR PHARMACEUTICAL & BIOTECH MNC #HFT

📍 Tuas, Singapore

💰 Basic Salary: $3,300 – $3,500 + $250 Transport Allowance
📅 Contract: 1 Year
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the receiving, issuing, storage and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials.
• Perform warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, sampling and shipment preparation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform inventory checks, cycle counting and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Update and maintain accurate warehouse transactions in SAP.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with cGMP, SOPs and EHS safety requirements.
• Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for material and waste handling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in science/ engineering
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with cGMP and warehouse operations is an advantage.
• SAP experience will be an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
