Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring materials and products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient order fulfillment, contributing to operational reliability, and supporting customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock, including unloading, inspection, and documentation.
• Store materials in designated warehouse locations, maintaining order and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment according to schedule.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Perform inventory controls, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, optimizing space utilization.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
