Given their recent expansion, they are seeking a Warehouse/Mechanical Operations Assistant with expertise in warehouse operations, machinery, spare parts, equipment, or engineering supplies.

The role...

The company is looking for a motivated person to support with pre-delivery of new and used equipment, assist the sales team where required and pack items ready for dispatch.

The position entails assisting with the unloading of containers, remove manufacturer packaging, pre- delivery of each piece of equipment, ensuring that it has been cleaned and tested in compliance with CMT standards, packing of items ready for dispatch to customers, undertaking warehouse duties including general cleaning and maintenance, regular cleaning of floor stock, assist with the loading of items onto transport, pack spare parts and proactively identify improvement opportunities for warehouse operations.

To be successful in the role, you will:

· Be a motivated individual with good communication skills
· Be someone with a good attention to detail

· Be able to follow instructions and apply practical thinking
· Have a current QLD drivers’ licence and forklift ticket
