WAREHOUSE OFFICE CLERK - NIGHT SHIFT

Summary

Perform clerical and administrative tasks in a distribution center office during night shifts, handling calls, documents, and visitor support while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist and provide clerical support for the Distribution Center office. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

  • Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Greet visitors, as needed
  • Create memos, correspondence, and other documents
  • Provide assistance at the following areas: split/loam, verification, pallet label/receiving, arrival, appointment, inventory control, report, import and swing-shift/graveyard desks
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one-three months clerical experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis
  • Ability to work any shift
  • Ability to travel independently on an occasional basis
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Accuracy/attention to detail
  • Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects
  • Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines
  • 10,000 SPH ten-key
  • 40 WPM typing
  • Ability to continue education, as necessary
  • Valid driver’s license

Desired

  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
