Warehouse Officer

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies and policies.
• Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and ensure optimal stock availability
• Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming materials.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures for incoming and stored materials.
• Optimize the layout and storage systems in the godown for efficient space utilization.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation related to stock movements, transactions, and inventory records.
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes, systems, and workflows.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of supply chain and warehousing aspects
• Prior experience of SAP ERP in WM, MM, PP modules
• In-depth knowledge of inventory control principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
