Job Summary
Support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating cargo data, and following company procedures to ensure efficient logistics and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Update inventory systems by entering Goods Received Notes (GRN) accurately to maintain current stock data
- Reconcile inventory records and manage transfers within inventory management systems to ensure data accuracy
- Prepare packing lists and labels for outgoing shipments that comply with shipping regulations and customer requirements
- Coordinate with departments to collect and provide cargo volume data promptly upon request
- Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and company policies to maintain quality and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors to support warehouse functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics support roles
- Proficiency with inventory management software, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office applications
- Diploma holder
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license
