Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and material movement. The candidate will ensure accurate stock records, timely order processing, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams while maintaining warehouse safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock records, dispatch documents, and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, binning, and handling of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP, SAP, WMS, or other warehouse management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inward and outward material movement and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Sales, and Logistics departments.
• Assist in loading and unloading activities and ensure materials are handled safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, 5S, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and support efficient storage planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS and inventory reports.
